“MY”

At the heart of this practice is you. Your story. Your truth. Your healing.

“My” reflects personal ownership and empowerment. Healing isn’t something done to you — it’s something you awaken within yourself. Here, you are not a diagnosis or a lab value. You are seen, heard, and respected as a whole person.

No two journeys are the same. Your path is uniquely yours, yet held within our shared humanity. My work is rooted in this paradox — you are both deeply individual and fundamentally connected to others. You are not alone.

“MINDFUL”

Mindfulness means being intentionally present and free of judgment. It’s how I show up as your provider, and how I invite you to meet your healing process.

In our work together, we cultivate a space where healing doesn’t require perfection — it requires presence.

Here, mindfulness is more than a buzzword. It’s a daily practice of compassion, curiosity, and openness.
We use it to:

  • Explore the body with kindness

  • Meet pain with grace

  • Make space for emotions without shame

  • Step into each moment as an opportunity for healing

Mindfulness and compassion are like two wings of a bird — and to soar, we must strengthen both.
