At My Mindful Medicine, healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all process — it’s a collaboration rooted in curiosity, compassion, and connection. I offer a comprehensive, whole-person approach that blends the science of functional medicine with the transformative power of mindfulness, compassion, and self-awareness. Every care plan is personalized and built on trust, presence, and partnership.

Functional Medicine: Root-Cause Healing

Rather than suppressing symptoms, we investigate why those symptoms exist. Using a systems biology model, I assess core physiological functions — digestion, detoxification, immune regulation, hormone health and balance, mitochondrial function and energy production, metabolic health, and more. At the center of physiological function are our mental, emotional, and spiritual health, which are areas often overlooked in conventional medicine. We identify imbalances and root causes through advanced lab testing and in-depth lifestyle assessment. This allows us to create a plan that supports deep and sustainable healing — not just symptom relief.
