    Rate: $600


    This comprehensive session includes a full health history, symptom review, lifestyle assessment, and personalized wellness planning. You’ll receive an individualized care map grounded in functional medicine and mindfulness.

    💛 Sliding Scale Availability

    I believe access to personalized, heart-centered care is a human right. If your financial situation makes these rates inaccessible, please reach out. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available each month based on need.

  • Rate: $300/hour — billed in 15-minute increments

    • 15 minutes: $75

    • 30 minutes: $150

    • 45 minutes: $225

    • 60 minutes: $300

      These sessions provide space for reviewing labs, adjusting protocols, exploring deeper root causes, and offering ongoing support.

    We explore meditation techniques and deepen your personal practice to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and inner healing. Ideal for beginners or seasoned practitioners seeking holistic well-being.

    Held bi-weekly, these 60-minute group sessions include:

    • A guided relaxation or meditation

    • Educational content on functional and holistic wellness

    • Group discussion, Q&A, and shared connection
      These are open to the public and aim to foster belonging, insight, and calm.
