WEEKLY SUNDAY PEACE GATHERING
12 pm ET
What to Expect
OUR SUNDAY PEACE GATHERING IS A SACRED SPACE TO COME AS YOU ARE, MEDITATE, AND CULTIVATE PEACE FOR BOTH OUR INNER AND OUTER WORLDS.
We’ll begin each week with a guided meditation, led by Theresa Kulikowski. All are invited to bring an item that symbolizes peace and/or light a candle in honor of peace.
Following the meditation, there will be space for sacred sharing and listening.
The Format of Our Gathering
The intention of our Sunday Peace Gathering is to come together in community and nurture peace. Our meditations will center around peace and will incorporate mindfulness, breathing, compassion, love, and equanimity practices.

Group Guidelines for a Supportive + Healing Space
This group is a safe, inclusive space where we come together to nurture peace and love and to connect with one another. To help create a space that feels respectful, compassionate, and grounded, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
1. Confidentiality is Key
What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Please respect the privacy and vulnerability of others.
2. Come as You Are
There’s no pressure to be anything other than yourself. Whether you’re feeling calm or overwhelmed, all of you is welcome here.
3. Listen with Presence
Offer your full attention when someone is speaking. No need to fix, advise, or compare—just listen with openness and care.
4. Speak from the Heart
Share your own experiences using “I” statements. Your story matters, and your voice is valued.
5. Honor the Space
Please minimize distractions and, if possible, create a quiet, comfortable environment. Cameras are on and encouraged, but optional.
6. Support Without Pressure
This is not therapy, but a sacred group growing peace and connection. Share and participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
7. Practice Compassion—for Yourself and Others
We’re all doing the best we can. Let’s foster patience, kindness, and acceptance as we move through this together.
